Camp is winding up tomorrow and we are all looking
forward to evening vespers. We are already looking forward to the next
time we will get to see each other at Youth Assembly in January. We have
really enjoyed everything about camp. One camper tried to sum up the week
and said, "My favorite thing is vespers, well I really like keynote;
I just like everything."
Even though it has been the hottest week of camp many of
us have ever attended, we have kept our cool with twice daily swims in the
pool and meetings and meals in new air-conditioned Dining Hall!
We have found that camp is still camp with plenty of
opportunities to meet God in the outdoors and in the camp community.
