Monday
Junior II is going to be awesome. We all arrived safe
and sound and are having a blast. "We really like our
counselors," said one camper. Another said, "The
air-conditioning is great in the Dining Hall and I was here on Miracle Day
to help."

Tuesday
Junior Camp II is going well as we enjoyed a cool night
last night and some evening showers. Rain did not dampen the campers
enthusiasm at all. We have been able to follow our schedule until this
afternoon when a shower shortened our swim time. Not to worry. We had
already gotten to chance to swim once earlier in the day. Many are enjoying
the cooler temperatures by enjoying outdoor recreation options. Volleyball
and basketball are a lot of fun with this group. The campers are looking
forward to the worship service they planned this afternoon. IT will be
tonight before bed.

Wednesday
The fishing is good at camp this summer. Campers have
pulled in no less than three fish at every opportunity. "We have some
great fisherman in this group," said Director James. Everyone is
enjoying all the activities and wants to thank their parents and churches
for sending them.

Thursday
"Junior Camp was awesome on Wednesday night."
This camper was referring to the three and one half inches of rain we got
here at Camp Christian. The rain gave us the opportunity to bond in the
Dining Hall as we watched a movie and enjoyed Popsicles. The day today was
great as we had great weather and enjoyed all of our regular outdoor
activities.

Afternoon. Camp was great and we are all looking forward to next year.
