Rustic Meeting Spaces
- For those seeking a more rustic setting, five screened
villas with lights and fans
can each serve up to 20 persons. You could gather around the "Fire
Circle" for an evening sing-a-long.
Worship in the Woods
features lights and benches for 100.
Lakeside Worship features
benches for 120 and has a wonderful view of the cross on the opposite
side of the lake. Our "Prayer
Walk Labyrinth" is a great place for personal or group building
worship.
 Overnight Facilities -
Woodland Lodge
provides comfort any time of year. It features 56 beds in 10
climate controlled rooms. Each room features a conference table
with four chairs for small group interaction.
Peachtree Suites feature
VIP apartment type accommodations for presenters and keynote speakers.
The two suites can sleep up to three persons in a full size bed and twin
bunk. Both have private bath and kitchen facilities. The
Director's Bungalow sleeps
four in two bedrooms. It has a kitchen and two full bathrooms, and
a living and meeting room. The conference center also has 10
rustic screened and shuttered
cabins with a total of 88 beds providing comfortable accommodations
in a natural setting. A central bathhouse serves our groups.
 Food
Service - We offer a variety of
adult, youth and children's packages for meals, cookouts, snacks, and
beverages served in Lavery Hall.
Smaller groups of less than 35 can rent
Peachtree Conference Center
and prepare their meals.
 Recreation
Facilities - Exercise is
great for the spirit! You can
enjoy sand volleyball,
basketball, badminton and horseshoes. Choose sides for a
"friendly" game of softball or soccer at Camp Christian's
ballpark. If it's
water sports you like, paddle boating, canoeing and fishing can provide
hours of fun on the lake, and
the outdoor swimming pool can
be used for fun or swimming laps. Additional activities include
jogging or hiking around our
350 acres or just enjoying a ride on our swing set. |
