If you are a minister with standing in
the Christian Church (Disciples of Christ) and are searching for a
church, please follow the procedure outlined below:
- Carefully read the instructions on the
Search and Call page of the Homeland Ministries Web site.
- Download the electronic Minister's
Profile from Suran Systems at
www.suran.com/minpro
This link is also available on the Homeland Ministries page.
This electronic profile is available for either Microsoft Windows or
Apple Macintosh. If you are downloading the Mac version, you
will need Stuffit Expander to open these files on your computer. A
link is provided for this free download, if you don't already have
it.
- Instructions for using these
electronic forms are also available at the Suran site by following
the "Instructions" link. To read the Instructions, which are
in portable document format (PDF), you must have the free Adobe
Acrobat Reader plug-in for your Web browser. A link is
provided for this free download if you don't already have it.
- Fill out the electronic Minister's
Profile on your computer and print out the completed forms.
- Mail the completed forms and a
floppy OR E-mail the completed forms to the Division of Homeland
Ministries following the instructions on their web site.
Searching for a position in Ministry
within the Christian Church (Disciples of Christ) in Georgia is easy if
you follow the process. Following this procedure is the ONLY
way you should search for a position in the Region of Georgia.

The Sandersville
First Youth Committee is looking for a special person or couple
willing to invest themselves in the Wednesday evening youth
(7th-12 grades) program. They are looking for someone (perhaps
as far away as Athens or Macon) - with youth ministry experience
or capabilities - perhaps a youth ministry intern. There is a
small stipend and some travel expense funds - depending on the
length of the drive. Candidates also will be sought on college
