Disciples from all over the
greater Atlanta area participated in an exciting day of service on Saturday,
October 27, 2007. We converged on the
City of Refuge mission at 1300 Simpson Rd., Atlanta. The event, organized by Rev. Randy Barnhart of
Peachtree Christian Church, included a health fair, street feeding,
assembling hygiene kits, helping to organize a thrift store,
neighborhood cleanup and repairs and a "Matthew Party" where we show the
love of Christ to neighborhood kids.
It was an amazing day - enjoy the photos of the event.
