Ordination of Stephanie McCormick

Rev. Stephanie McCormick was ordained at Chestnut Ridge Christian Church on July 12, 2009 at 3:00 PM.

Stephanie is the daughter of the late Doug and Mary Moon, and she grew up in Chestnut Ridge.  Stephanie returned to Chestnut Ridge after completing the first leg of her educational journey along with her husband Sean and they both became very active in the life and ministry of the Church.  She served as volunteer choir director, and she became the Church's first Youth Director. Sean followed her as our volunteer choir director.

While serving at Chestnut Ridge Stephanie discerned her call to Christian Ministry, and she pursued her Masters of Divinity degree.  She recently graduated from Lexington Theological Seminary in Lexington, Kentucky.

Rev. Lisa Davidson preached at the Ordination and Rev. Dr. Ray Miles was present representing the Region.
