General Information for Youth Groups
Meeting Facilities
- No food, drinking or smoking inside meeting
rooms or cabins.
- Do not move pianos.
- Do not tape anything to wallpapered walls.
- Keep chairs inside rooms.
- Turn off lights and air conditioning when leaving
rooms.
Dining Room
- Meal times 7:00-9:00 a.m. breakfast; 11:30-1:00
p.m. lunch; 5:30-7:00 p.m. supper
- Return trays to dishwasher window.
- Do not take plates, glasses or cups out of the
dining room.
- Shirts and shoes are to be worn at all times
required by the Health Department.
- Do not wear caps/hats in the dining room.
Counselors for Youth Groups
- One counselor for every eight campers is requested.
- Counselors are responsible for the fulfillment
of all obligations.
- Each group is responsible for any property damage.
- If your group is using motel facilities, please
have counselors in the room with the campers.
- Counselors should do daily cabin and room checks
and upon checking out, do final room check.
- Please encourage your group not to bring tape
players or radios.
- No shaving cream fights.
- Restrict Frisbee, ball playing, etc., to the
athletic field.
Housing
- Please turn off lights and air conditioning
when leaving rooms or cabins.
- Lights out by 12 midnight.
Public Safety
- Watch your step when entering and leaving buildings
- Do not climb trees.
- NO SKATES or SKATEBOARDS.
Miscellaneous
- Check in time: 5:30 p.m. -7:30 p.m. in Nalls
Auditorium. Check out time: 12:00 noon.
- Alcoholic beverages or drugs are not allowed.
- Absolutely no pets.
- No food or drink in the Lobby.
- Their are no telephones in the motel rooms.
There are five pay stations on the grounds.
Check the bulletin board in the lobby for phone messages.
