Making a Reservation
Reservation Process
As you begin planning your retreat or event, you must first check whether the desired dates are available. To do that, please contact our Camp Property Manager, Mr. Oscar Hugley, at 478-233-0692, or camprentals@gadisciples.org.
Once your dates are approved, download the Facility Use Agreement form which includes all pricing. Note that event pricing will vary according to choice of lodging, meeting space, and number of attendees. Complete the form, being sure to sign it.
Scan the Facility Use Agreement form and email to camprentals@gadisciples.org.
Reservation Confirmation & Payment
The Camp Property Manager will confirm by email the total amount due and the required 20% deposit.
Payment of deposit is due within 7 days of submitting form. Payment may be made by check or money order mailed to the camp address on the form, or online by credit card using the payment button below. Your reservation is not confirmed until the 20% deposit is received. Remaining balance is due upon arrival.
Disciples (DOC) congregations and groups receive a 25% discount for rentals.
Refunds & Cleaning Fees
No refunds will be issued for cancellations within 30 days prior to event; groups may re-book based on availability.
Camp Christian Conference Center reserves the right to assess additional cleaning fees. Please leave facilities in the condition found at check-in (or better).
