Summer Camp for K-12
The Christian Church (Disciples of Christ) in Georgia believes that camp and conference provide an opportunity for children and youth to step away from their day-to-day routines and focus more deeply on their relationship with God, while they experience Christian community and practice living out their spiritual values in a supportive atmosphere. Camp Christian Conference Center, a peaceful outdoor sanctuary established in 1963 in the heart of Georgia, is an ideal setting for life-changing summer camp experiences. The wooded setting, featuring cabins, a dining hall and kitchen, bath houses, small and large group meeting spaces, a swimming pool, hiking trails, and more, also provides numerous outdoor and indoor recreation possibilities. 2026 Camper Registration
A separate registration form for each camper must be completed by parent or guardian using the camp registration link below. There are no paper applications. Select camp based on the correct grade completed at the end of your system’s 2025/2026 school year. Campers are not allowed to go “up” or “down” a camp level. 2026 Camps, Dates, & Rates
CYF Conference — June 22-27, $425 (completed grades 9, 10, 11, 12)
Chi Rho Camp — June 8-12, $375 (completed grades 6, 7, 8)
Junior Camp — June 15-19, $375 (completed grades 3, 4, 5)
Chrysalis Camp — June 15-17, $250 (completed grades 1, 2)
Genesis Camp — June 19-21, $300 (completed Kindergarten, accompanied by parent/ relative)
OASIS Day Camp — July 13-17, $260 CIT Fee (a camp for children in Wilkinson County, with service opportunities serving as Counselors In Training for youth who have completed grades 9, 10, 11, or 12)
Registration Information
We have implemented a streamlined camp registration form, designed to simplify the registration process. If you have any questions about the form, please contact JaLisa Jarvis, Regional Executive Administrative Assistant, here. Please note the following:
Payment of fees is due upon registration. Individuals or churches may pay by either credit card or check, which is done at the end of the registration form.
There are a limited number of partial scholarships available if your church is unable to help a camper with the fees. Please contact Libby Ballew here prior to filling out the registration form.
A medical release statement is included as part of the online registration form. You also will be required to upload a copy of your insurance card to complete your registration.
All campers, as well as Directors, Counselors, and CITs, will be asked to sign a covenant, indicating their willingness to abide by the covenant for their camp.
Prior to camp, campers will receive a letter from their camp director about the specific camp, including a packing list. You also will receive contact information for your director(s) as well as a copy of the camper’s covenant to review.

Co-Directors of each camp will include cell phone numbers in the “So You Are Coming To Camp” letter sent to campers 2-3 weeks ahead of camp, should you have a need to reach out directly.
