More Information
Adult Sponsors
There must be at least one adult for every 5 youth of each gender (example: If a church has 6 youth attending: 2 male & 4 female, there needs to be one male adult and one female adult accompanying those youth). If this is not possible, the adult(s) must make arrangements with other adults attending the Assembly. If such arrangements are made, please note this on the registration forms for housing purposes. If you have any further questions please email the YAC Adult sponsors. Thank you for your help and cooperation!
Check-In
At the beginning of the Youth Assembly, one adult from each group will be asked to check-in for their entire group. Most of the information and necessary materials will be given to you at this time to ease the check in process.
Cabin Assignments
All youth groups will be assigned to cabins and will share accommodations with other youth groups as necessary. Adult sponsors will be housed in the cabins with their youth and will be responsible for their youths' safety for the duration of the event. Members of the Youth Activities Council (YAC) will stay in cabins with their own youth groups.
RYA 2026 Flyer
We invite you to post the flyer below in your church or include it in your church newsletter, Facebook, or Instagram page.
Keynote Speaker
Pastor Kyle Ermoian
Following his brief appearance at the RYA 2025, the Youth Activities Council (YAC) is excited to welcome Rev. Kyle Ermoian, the Director of New Church and Church Development for the Christian Church in Georgia to RYA 2026. A native of Chicago, Pastor Kyle is a graduate of Southern Illinois University with a degree in Radio/Television Communications. He worked in Los Angeles rock and roll radio for 10 years before surrendering to Christ’s call to ministry. He received his master’s degree from Disciples Seminary Foundation at the School of Theology at Claremont, CA, and for the next 10 years served Disciples churches in Southern California. Following this, he was the Founding and Senior Pastor of Celebration Community Church in Hays, KS, a church that God grew into one of the largest Disciples congregations in the country. Pastor Kyle also taught in the Leadership Studies Department at Fort Hays State University, and for 19 years led their Men's Football and Basketball teams in locker room pre-game inspirational talks. After 21 years, Kyle and his wife Debbie retired to the beautiful mountains of North Georgia in 2018. In addition to his work in the Georgia Region, which is funded in part by the Pentecost Offering, he serves as a coach to pastors for The Effective Church Group. Pastor Kyle is a fan — of the Chicago Cubs and the Savannah Bananas. We look forward to his sharing ideas on our theme, “Lean on Me.” He may even serve up some dogs again in 2026!
